Bob Ruprich
Director of Facilities Development
Beaumont Hospital, Troy Campus
For over seven years Performance Environmental Services has worked as a team with William Beaumont Hospital and Beaumont Services Company, LLC, the Design/Build arm of William Beaumont Hospital. Partnering with Beaumont staff, our job has been to ensure that the management of hazardous materials within William Beaumont Hospital facilities are approached with the utmost concern and care for patients and staff. Performance provides the know-how to remove potentially hazardous materials within occupied areas while at the same time limiting any potential exposure to surrounding staff and patients. We provided:
- Estimations for environmental remediation costs
- Long-term computerized tracking of environmental remediation projects
- Quantitative analysis of airborne mold particulates
- Indoor Air Quality analysis and scope of work development
- Management of asbestos and lead components
